Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Practice Efficiency and Compliance: Ensure seamless practice operations and adherence to organizational procedures.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee total customer satisfaction with products and services.
  • Leadership and Staff Development: Foster an effective leadership environment, motivating, supporting, training, and developing staff to reach their full potential.
  • Practice Growth and Sales: Realize the full potential of the practice in terms of patient numbers and sales targets.
  • Profitability: Achieve maximum profitability while maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality control in all areas, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
  • Stock Management: Effectively manage stock control to optimize inventory levels.
  • Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the practice.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the practice.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Department to maximize marketing effectiveness at a local level.
  • Cost Efficiency: Drive cost efficiencies while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Spectacle Dispensing: Dispense spectacles to prescriptions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Personal Specification - Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Management Experience: Previous management experience is desirable, or a proven track record of developing and supporting staff.
  • Customer Service Background: Strong background in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Business Performance: Experience in driving business performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiencies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff at all levels.
