As a key member of the technology department, you will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers, promoting continuous improvement, and driving agile values.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of a cross-platform mobile app using React Native
  • Provide technical ownership and direction for the mobile application
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, testers, and data engineers to ensure a high-quality product
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of React Native development, including Typescript, Jest, and Redux
  • Implement Agile practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage build pipelines and ensure seamless CI/CD processes

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of React Native development and cross-platform mobile app development
  • Proven experience managing a team of software engineers
  • Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines and build management
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Highly desirable to have experience with popular frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue, as well as native technologies such as iOS and Android
