Tax Advisory Manager

Clark Wood is seeking a highly experienced Tax Advisory Manager to join our team in Reading, Berkshire. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for providing high-level advisory and planning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on UK tax issues, including IHT/CGT planning, non-dom & trusts, reconstructions and demergers, share schemes and EIS/SEIS, R&D tax credits, patent box claims, M&A, exit planning and succession planning.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our tax portfolio and increase awareness of our tax services.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
- CTA/ACA qualified with a proven track record of business development.
- Experience in a Manager or Senior Manager level role, preferably in a small firm.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of UK tax issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
