- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance issues and report them to the management team.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate maintenance work with our contractors to ensure that all properties are well-maintained.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all maintenance equipment and supplies.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team on maintenance activities and issues.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Full Clean Driving License: Must hold a full clean driving license.
- Experience in Maintenance: Must have experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a residential setting.
