We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Caridon Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Contractors and Tenants: Work closely with our contractors and tenants to ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance issues and report them to the management team.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate maintenance work with our contractors to ensure that all properties are well-maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all maintenance equipment and supplies.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team on maintenance activities and issues.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Full Clean Driving License: Must hold a full clean driving license.

  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
