We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering and service operations for a major High Street brand. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and delivering exceptional food experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to meet customer expectations
  • Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain exceptional food and customer service standards
  • Communicate regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Represent the company and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise between customers and culinary and service teams to ensure seamless service
  • Support and train teams to excel in their roles
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
