About the role:

As a Childcare Solicitor, you will provide strategic guidance on complex and sensitive cases, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and foster a collaborative atmosphere where knowledge-sharing and support are paramount.

Key responsibilities:

Case Work: Provide strategic guidance on complex and sensitive cases in the Family Court and Court of Protection.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior lawyers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to handle childcare cases.

Collaboration: Foster a collaborative atmosphere where knowledge-sharing and support are paramount.

Requirements:

  • 25-37 hours a week
  • 3+ years of experience in the UK Local Authority
  • Ability to start in early October
  • Competitive rate dependent on experience
