About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to a young client with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable the client to engage in rehabilitation, activities of daily living, and recreational activities
  • Empower the client to be as independent as possible
  • Provide individualized support and care to meet the client's unique needs
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in a range of activities with the client, including therapy programs and recreational activities
Requirements
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Experience of working with young adults with physical and cognitive impairments
  • Dependable and professional with a positive attitude and ability to motivate and engage
  • Previous experience working with clients with brain injuries is desirable
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure
