Job Overview

Rev & Regs is seeking a Senior Associate in the Corporate sector to join a prestigious law firm known for its excellence.

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned corporate attorney to contribute to a dynamic and award-winning legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and expand the corporate legal portfolio
  • Take the lead on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects
  • Support the Commercial division
  • Recognize and evaluate current and potential legal challenges and risks, effectively communicating these to relevant stakeholders; participate in discussions on risk management.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 5 Years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
  • Robust experience in Corporate Law and M&A
  • A high achiever who excels in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding organizational and communication abilities; energetic; eager to learn; and dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Capable of exercising sound judgment, being solutions-oriented, and taking ownership of challenges, including making tough decisions and providing well-reasoned arguments for your stance.
  • Qualified solicitor with a background in a reputable corporate and commercial law firm or in-house legal team, with experience in corporate transactions.

Work Arrangement: Remote (Office presence required once a month)

Compensation: £70,000 - £95,000
