Corporate Senior Associate Opportunity

Our client, a prominent international law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Senior Associate to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on complex and high-profile transactions, collaborating with a highly regarded Corporate team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent academics, strong legal and analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in a City, international, or highly regarded regional law firm. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of complex corporate transactions, including M&A, corporate finance, and securities transactions.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic alliances and projects, and commercial agreements.
  • Work closely with the Corporate team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent academics and a strong academic record.
  • Between 5 and 8 years' post-qualification experience at a City, international, or highly regarded regional law firm.
  • Strong legal, analytical, and transaction management and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
  • An organised and methodical approach, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and confident attitude with a high level of initiative.
