Job Summary:
Henderson Scott is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. As an HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently allocating resources and managing procurement and contracts for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and contracts to ensure efficient allocation of resources and delivery of value for money.
- Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with external vendors and stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage stakeholders and work with technical and non-technical teams to deliver projects.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally in a public sector organization.
- Project and Change Management experience, particularly in managing cost and delivering value for money.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving.
- Experience of procurement and contract management would be preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, transport, or rail would be an added advantage.
