About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Southlands Care Home in Harrogate. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and mentor the care team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting.
