Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Brighton City Centre. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving high-quality meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
