A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, Ernest and Florent, is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Central London.

The Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a fast-growing medium-sized consultancy with offices nationwide, joining a social and supportive team of around 100 people in the London office.

As a company, Ernest and Florent covers a wide range of sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Blue lights, Education, Data centres, Office fit outs, Retail and Sport and leisure. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on a diverse variety of projects across multiple sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing multiple projects and supporting junior staff members on site and in the office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen on career progression within a growing company.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Ability to support team management and mentor junior colleagues
  • Proficient in the use of IT, including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
