Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Product Management professional to lead our product division. As Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio and team, as well as supporting strategic cross-functional projects within the group.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week spent working from home. Key responsibilities include:

  • Product enhancements and development, including setting and delivering the strategy for new product and product improvement introduction.
  • Lifecycle analysis, reviewing and understanding the historical context of product lifecycles for the value-added product portfolio.
  • Reconciling current product performance and developing future product roadmaps.
  • Portfolio management, working with commercial colleagues to track performance of the product portfolio.
  • Changes to the delivery plan, challenging and initiating activity to maximize sales and enhance profitability.
  • Awareness, understanding current and anticipated market dynamics for the product portfolio in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams to identify and anticipate market opportunities and challenges.
  • Development and delivery, crafting the value proposition and narrative for target product portfolios for identified target markets and key audiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning an increasingly sustainable product portfolio, differentiating tactics depending on the product project, and strategically shaping the division, including growing the team and working closely with senior stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate with a background in product management within construction, manufacturing, or building products.
