Corporate Receptionist & Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Corporate Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham. As the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing a high level of service to clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a professional and welcoming environment
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms and ensure they are set up to a high standard
  • Manage office supplies and ensure they are well stocked and ordered in a timely manner
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues

This is a permanent, full-time office position, which will require the successful candidate to be in office (Monday - Friday). If you are a highly organized and communicative individual with excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
