Store Manager – Premium Retail Brand

Location: Oban

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum + Benefits (including bonus)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our premium retail store in Oban. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and maintaining brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including staffing and customer service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service and maintain brand excellence.
  • Store Security: Open and close the store while managing security and operational procedures.
  • Financial Performance: Work within company targets to achieve financial goals for the store.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and customer-centric team.
  • Visual Merchandising: Manage in-store merchandising, stock levels, and visual presentation in line with brand standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and drive performance across sales and KPIs, ensuring maximum productivity.

About You:
