Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Executive to join our team at Radius Payment Solutions. As a Sales and Account Executive, you will be responsible for contacting existing fuel customers to cross-sell our mobile telecoms and vehicle tracking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Holding account reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling our products.
- Responding to inbound calls and emails from existing customers to provide excellent customer service and promote our products.
- Building relationships with colleagues across different divisions to drive business growth.
- Providing regular updates to the Head of Multi-Product Sales on customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve set targets.
- Ability to understand and discuss a variety of different products and business areas.
- Strong communication skills with good telephone manner.
- Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
