About the Role

Crisis, the national charity for people experiencing homelessness, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Special Events Executive to join its team. As a key member of the Events Fundraising portfolio, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and achieving the team's income target of £2.3m in 24/25.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for rolling out and embedding Crisis' special events strategy, developing relationships with key individuals and partners, and contributing to the development of the team's income target. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team and other stakeholders to achieve the organization's mission of ending homelessness.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of planning, delivering, and evaluating special events to achieve a good return on investment. You will also have experience in relationship management and stewardship, as well as excellent copywriting skills and the ability to tailor content to different audiences.

You will be a confident communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have experience in logistical delivery, supplier management, reporting, debrief, and evaluation.
