Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with purchase ledger, sales ledger, and bank reconciliations using XERO software
  • Handling day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, handling expenses, and managing petty cash
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and month-end/year-end close activities
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required


Requirements:
  • Proficient in using XERO software
  • Experience in managing purchase ledger, sales ledger, and bank reconciliations
