About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join our Real Estate Managed Legal Services team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with a variety of commercial property matters, including underleases, lease renewals, and disposals.
  • Work closely with our client account team to ensure consistency of approach and sharing of best practice knowledge.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on matter progress and act as the first point of contact for property title information.
  • Support senior team members with drafting, reporting, and working on transactions.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies and the use of technology to deliver work.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in real estate and commercial property, with retail sector experience desired.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to get to grips with client management systems quickly.
  • Effective personal, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple demands from clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales with a sense of urgency and juggle the demands of a challenging role.
  • Interest in or experience of using technology to deliver work.
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the business and clients.
