Project Manager for Large-Scale Development

We are proud to be partnering with a leading Social Housing provider to appoint a Development Project Manager.
This is a full-time position based in a dynamic environment, with an agile working policy and a competitive salary of £43,982.00 per annum, along with a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead the development journey, including planning, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and financial appraisal.
- Support the identification of new development opportunities through site finding, S106 bidding, and collaboration with the development team.
- Assess the viability and deliverability of opportunities by conducting site visits, reviewing scheme documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage the grant claim process, ensuring accurate records that can withstand stringent audits.
- Contribute to the organization's success by supporting rent setting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit/charging.
- Proven experience in Social Housing and domestic development projects.
- Strong understanding of the development process, including planning, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and financial appraisal.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- High level of financial literacy, commercial awareness, and ability to develop a risk management framework.
- Agile working environment.
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
- 37 hours per week.
- Part-time options available.
