Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage payroll-related data entry, including starters, leavers, and statutory payments
  • Work closely with clients to understand their payroll needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure payroll tasks are completed to deadlines
  • Assist with audits and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of payroll experience
  • Knowledge of NI, Tax, and Statutory payments
  • Organized and able to prioritize and manage own workload
  • First-hand experience of using cloud-based payroll software packages is desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of using Sage 50 payroll
  • Ability to work towards deadlines and improve efficiencies
  • Excellent IT skills
