Job Title: Sales Representative - Residential Design and Build

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Good Design and Build, a leading design and build studio based in London. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling new incoming leads, securing new projects, and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet new prospects virtually or at their property to discuss design and build projects
  • Carry out initial consultations to understand client needs and preferences
  • Prepare fee proposals and follow up to ensure deals are closed
  • Attend weekly status meetings at head office to discuss progress and goals
  • Work to monthly KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates, and CRM system management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential projects sales and real estate
  • Knowledge of planning, design ideas, and home renovations
  • Experience in contract negotiations and costing of residential projects
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English and a clean driver's license
  • Great communication skills, both in person and virtually
