Pricing Actuary

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Actuarial Analyst to join our Group Protection team at Aviva. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of Group Protection.
About the Role:
In this role, you will undertake, manage and develop actuarial analysis to advise and support business decisions and ensure these meet all risk and regulatory requirements. You will achieve this by delivering the Group Protection strategy through costing, pricing and underwriting philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain actuarial models to support business decisions
- Manage and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
- Provide actuarial support to business stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Actuarial qualification (e.g. FIA, FIAA, etc.)
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in actuarial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
