Join Dandara as a Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our residential new build projects to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our homes are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, including material, labour, and subcontract management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Develop and implement build programmes, and lead site teams to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with local communities to ensure our homes enhance and complement their surroundings
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential new build projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills
  • Ability to produce build programmes and plan site operations
  • Excellent knowledge of construction buildability solutions
  • SMSTS and First Aid at Work certification
  • Valid CSCS card
