Nursery Manager

A reputable childcare establishment is in search of a skilled Nursery Manager to oversee and enhance the nursery environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to nurturing children's growth and facilitating their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursery team with a focus on quality care and education.
  • Implement and monitor educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Support and mentor staff to foster professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursery setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
