Job Title: Nursery Manager
About the Role
Our clients are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to support within a group of settings in the Epsom area. The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare and at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn, with a sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support teams to deliver high-quality childcare and education services
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and education
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers

Requirements
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
• At least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
• At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
• Car and Driving Licence essential
