Vehicle Presentation and Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Presentation Team Member - Fleet Operations. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are presented to the highest standard, both inside and out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work primarily within the bus presentation and turnaround team to ensure vehicles are safely fuelled, positioned, and parked ready for the next day of service.
  • Carry out general vehicle presentation and yard housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and develop technical skills as required to stay up-to-date with industry standards.

Working Hours and Location:

We offer a 39-hour working week, with 5 days out of 7, including late shifts. Our team is based in Ipswich, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.20, with the opportunity to earn an additional 20p per hour if you hold a PCV licence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
  • A full driving licence is required, with a PCV licence being preferable.
  • Experience of using cleaning machinery and various cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
