About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our Private Clients team at A-Plan. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with colleagues to support on larger accounts, including attending meetings, taking notes, and communicating with insurers
  • Identify and explore opportunities for existing clients to drive the best possible outcome
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the Private Clients team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with a focus on high-net-worth clients
