About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Acquisition Manager to join our central marketing team at Citation Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to drive forward our PPC strategy and support the Acquisition and Experience Leads in creating and delivering our overall digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the digital strategy to drive lead generation and hit KPIs
  • Create and manage new and existing marketing campaigns across multiple brands
  • Work closely with brand, content, and acquisition teams to deliver engaging and relevant online content and resources
  • Review analytics and produce reports to inform decision-making with the Digital Lead
  • Collaborate with the internal SEO and digital experience team to maximise synergies
  • Work with digital marketing and dev agencies to continually optimise campaigns and improve performance
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track successes and inform changes
  • Liaise with the wider marketing team to maximise collaborative online opportunities
  • Understand the full sales cycle and the value of PPC leads within that cycle
  • Have a strong understanding of data and be able to quickly parse complex reports to identify trends and key information
About You
  • Previous PPC and Paid Social experience in a digital marketing role or agency environment
  • Proven experience in generating large volume lead generation activity and conversion using digital tools
  • Strong Google Analytics knowledge and channel marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital P&L
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make commercial decisions based on insight and analysis
  • Ability to use data to deliver marketing campaigns and gain audience insight
  • Experience of working with agencies
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
  • Comfortable using CMS applications
  • HTML experience is a plus but not required
