About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workflow Administrator to join our team at Channel Health Alliance. As a Workflow Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical workflows, providing exceptional support to our healthcare professionals, and maintaining the highest standards of data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing patient correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Utilize EMIS workflow templates to ensure consistent and safe service delivery.
  • Identify and code relevant clinical information from patient correspondence, adhering to QOF/Practice guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including document management and patient record maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless workflow operations and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • A level standard or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
  • ECDL or equivalent level of keyboard/IT skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment and utilizing EMIS and Docman.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage competing demands.
