About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with complex needs, enabling them to live their lives as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and communication.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for service users.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with adults with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Registration under the PVG scheme.
  • SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable).
