The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Content Writer to join our team and work on the delivery of our services, which involve the provision of written records of meetings, conferences, and events for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend, listen to audio and video recordings, and transcribe spoken content accurately
- Ensure all transcripts adhere to our formatting guidelines and quality standards
- Review and edit transcripts for clarity, grammar, and style
- Meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
- Communicate effectively with our Sales, PM, and Editor teams
Requirements
- English/Humanities degree
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and punctuation
- Previous transcription experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Demonstrably reliable internet connection (a corporate laptop will be provided to you for the duration of your contract)
Eligibility
All applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
