Position Overview: A position has become available for a Maintenance Operative and Groundskeeper within our supportive and welcoming team at Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership.

Role Responsibilities: The Maintenance Operative and Groundskeeper will be responsible for a variety of general maintenance tasks. These include:

  • Conducting regular maintenance and inspections.
  • Assisting management with system oversight and preventive measures.
  • Facilitating the movement and installation of diverse equipment within health and social care settings.
  • Maintaining the premises and surrounding grounds.

Driving Duties: The role also involves transporting residents using the designated vehicle as necessary and procuring items as needed.
