About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in providing exceptional care to older people. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize care home operations
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
