Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior National Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of tile adhesives, grouts, and floor screeds to a national audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including sheds, distributors, main contractors, housebuilders, and buying groups
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Provide sales training and support to internal teams to ensure effective sales execution

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in national sales roles, with a strong understanding of the tile adhesive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales execution
  • Strong knowledge of the UK construction industry, with a deep understanding of the tile adhesive market
