We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Professional to join our Claims Department at Tokio Marine Kiln. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Casualty Claims and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the TMK Claims service meets customer expectations.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Portfolio Management: Management of a portfolio of complex claims, achieved through personal ownership and oversight of Senior Claims Adjusters and/or Claims Adjusters.
- Conduct Risk Management: Ensuring that the principles of conduct risk are fully understood, embedded, and practiced by all team members and external service suppliers.
- Team Leadership: Management of direct reports, setting and monitoring of team members' appraisals and objectives to support delivery of the TMK Claims Business Plan, including personal training and development.
- Claims Handling: Assisting the Head of Casualty Claims and Claims Management Group in ensuring that all claims presented are handled in accordance with the highest professional standards, cost-effectively, and meeting all relevant SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling and leading international casualty claims in the Lloyd's market and experience of managing people or mentoring. Language skills, particularly Spanish, are also desirable for this role.
