FM Conway is seeking a Commercial Administrator to support our leading Term Maintenance division by providing essential contract administration assistance to the operational team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in South London.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and managing FM Conway's interactions with clients and their electronic financial management systems (e.g., CONFIRM or Symology).

- Preparing and submitting payment applications within specified timelines.

- Processing task orders and managing all completion and maintenance documentation.

- Compiling and submitting weekly forecasts for resources related to borough plant and materials.

- Assisting the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor with client payments to prevent cash flow issues and delays in fund receipt.

- Coordinating with site teams and the training department to ensure workforce competence through course attendance.

- Requesting purchase orders and raising requisitions as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative capabilities, proficient in the complete Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential. Experience in the highways or construction sector is advantageous. Candidates should possess at least GCSE level education or equivalent and hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in business administration or equivalent. This role requires travel to various FM Conway locations, thus a valid UK driving license is necessary.
