Position: Mobile Facilities Engineer - Electrical Focus

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Electrical Facilities Engineer to join our maintenance team. This role involves working client-side and managing multiple properties within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on various electrical infrastructures, including panels and lighting systems.
  • Execute risk assessments for electrical tasks, identifying hazards and implementing safety measures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams and facility managers to streamline maintenance operations.
  • Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing and painting.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: £39,000
  • Company van and fuel card provided
  • No on-call requirements
  • 30 days of annual leave
  • Private pension plan
