VAT Senior Manager

Rutherford Briant is seeking a highly skilled Senior VAT Professional to join our expanding team in London. As a key member of our Indirect Tax team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality VAT advice to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of VAT advice to clients, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Contribute to business development and proposal activities, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
- Ensure adherence to risk procedures, maintaining a strong focus on compliance and governance.
- Proven experience in VAT or Indirect Tax, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality advice.
- Experience in people management, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members.
- CTA or ATT qualification, with a deep understanding of VAT regulations and best practices.
- A competitive base salary, ranging from £80,000 to £100,000, depending on experience.
- A flexible work-from-home policy, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
