Principal Workday Time Functional Analyst

Job Summary:

Parexel is seeking a highly skilled Principal Workday Time Functional Analyst to join our IT HR Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions for stakeholders. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and help us drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide global coverage for Time & Absence Tracking, including America, EMEA, and APJC regions.
  • Translate business needs into configuration in the Workday system.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of region norms and statutory requirements.
  • Support design discussions and hold meetings for requirements gathering clarifications.
  • Support time management and absence for the above regions.
Requirements:

We are looking for an innovative individual with proven experience working as a Principal Workday Time Functional Analyst in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workday Time Tracking, including hands-on configuration experience in a large-scale global environment. They will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as impeccable communication skills.
