Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Saffron Walden Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote children's development and learning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
