We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team at Greencore. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with line operatives to improve line performance, minimize downtime, and optimize production processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, including mechanical and procedural problems.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet quality parameters and customer specifications.
- Support the Area Process Leader in improving line efficiencies and reducing changeover times.
- Train and develop line operatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications, such as GCSEs in English and Maths, and Food Safety and Health & Safety certifications.
