**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Brand Manager to join our team at EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the brand marketing team to develop and execute strategic brand plans that drive business growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement annual brand plans, ensuring quarterly reviews and adjustments as needed
* Manage P&L responsibility, monitoring the impact of decisions and actions on brand profitability
* Develop and maintain pricing strategies, price elasticity analysis, and econometric modeling to inform strategy decisions
* Work with the EU NPD team to identify new product concepts that address commercial opportunities for the brand in target markets
* Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative working culture

**Requirements**

* Previous experience as a Brand Manager, with a strong track record of success
* Proven experience in marketing medical or pharmaceutical products, with a deep understanding of the regulated market
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
