As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth communication between various internal departments. Your strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach will enable you to effectively resolve customer queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make regular customer calls and process orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer orders, products, and prices
- Liaise with the transport company to address any delivery issues
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure credit limits and trading terms are adhered to
- Keep the sales team informed of any relevant business information
- Respond to telephone inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Ensure new customers follow the credit account application procedure
- Assist in sales forecasting and maintain accurate filing systems
- Maintain regular contact with customers to build strong relationships
- Communicate important details to customers regarding lead times, deliveries, and payment terms
- Resolve any queries or issues by liaising between customers and accounts department
