Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in client interactions related to property transactions.
  • Proficient in handling residential conveyancing tasks, including property acquisitions and disposals, lease agreements, and mortgage arrangements.
  • Familiarity with computerized case management systems.
  • Understanding of regulations concerning fraud and money laundering.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing a demanding workload.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing a portfolio of conveyancing cases from initiation to finalization, including purchases, sales, and remortgages.
  • Drafting and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Communicating effectively with solicitors, clients, and estate agents throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in the case management system.
  • Managing file exchanges and completions.
  • Addressing pre-contract inquiries.
  • Conducting title investigations.
  • Requesting and reviewing property searches.
  • Compiling reports on property titles.
  • Performing additional tasks as required by the firm.
