About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Lawyer/Conveyancer to join our dynamic team at Sterling Cross. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, from instruction to completion. With a strong focus on compliance, you will oversee KYC and AML processes, working closely with our expert compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your caseload, taking full ownership of conveyancing matters
• Drive compliance, overseeing KYC and AML processes
• Work collaboratively with the compliance team to ensure seamless processes

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing, or unqualified but experienced candidates
• Strong technical skills, comfortable with legal case management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines
