Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Workonomics. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software for high-volume web-based applications.

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions for web-based applications.
  • Collaborate with junior engineers and senior colleagues to raise the technical bar of the group.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the codebase.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to resolve them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our software solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial experience with both Python on the backend and React + Typescript on the front-end.
  • A strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
