Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join a leading global retail chain. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in commercial finance, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
