About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Director to lead our wholesale commercial finance team across Region North, providing accurate, timely and reliable information to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will combine financial and market data to create better insights into business performance and potential opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the controlling function for the wholesale business segment.
  • Drive the implementation of financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial targets with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the finance leadership team to drive financial performance and accountability.
  • Monitor and consolidate wholesale sales performance.
  • Partner with Commercial, Operations and business development teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Financial analysis and modeling to evaluate business opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial and operational metrics and KPIs.
About You
  • ACA, CIMA Qualified or a related field.
  • Previous experience in financial management and controlling, preferably within the wholesale or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Naturally take ownership and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
